What? DO they have to ask Lebron’s permission?

I don’t think it’s because they have to ask his permission.

If the Republican Convention is held in June, there is a chance that the Cavaliers with LeBron James could still be playing basketball. That would never have been possible before LeBron returned. He was not the on board when they originally chose Cleveland and the Cav’s Quicken Loans arena as the convention site. Now there could possibly be a conflict between the convention and post season play.

I don’t think there is much of an overlap between the RNC and the NBA anyways these days.

lol Exactly.

Besides, but for the Nominee’s acceptance speech, no one watches ridiculous Conventions anymore. They don’t even televise much of it like they did back in the day.

Didn’t LaBron James just leave the Cavs to play in Miami? Or am I thinking of another over-paid athlete with a supersized ego?

That was four years ago, now he has “regrets”. But it’s only a 2 year contract, so he doesn’t seem to regret it very much.

That would be kinda freaky, since he's dead.

In fact, it would be Super Freaky!
