Might have been another Lowe's employee and might have been another customer. We see little of the good employees who took on this task other than a partial profile of the man on the right.

This is as it should be, with the emphasis on the deed and not on the doers. Positively disgusting that the VA would put the guy through this. Positively commendable that the Lowe's employees would pick up the slack. I suspect they have a great store manager who supports this type of customer service.
