That was 25 million in late-1960 dollars. Inflation since then... (population increase, for example)

Plus, the 25 million was a goal at a time when complete control of the feral govt was a joke. Today, not so much. What is the proper number when complete control is a reality?

I think 25 million was 10% of the population back then. He probably would set his sights on 31 million now.
