Come on. Put the bong down. Soccer the best sport ever? Name one ligical reason way this is so. Soccer is barely a sport, no scoring, no excitement, no scoring, games which end in a tie, noexcitement. Did I mention that this contest is boring has little scoring and games end in a tie.
Americans support manly games of contact and scoring.

Well, for now, they are better at the sport. Wouldn’t you like to watch the USA beat them? If not, why not?

Tell Bastian Schweinsteiger that there’s no contact in soccer.

I agree. It’s too hard to score, and the opposing teams are too good. That’s unfair, and un-American.

Every man, woman, and child in Germany will wake up tomorrow beaming with pride for their country. When was the last time that has happened in America? Perhaps the Miracle on Ice in 1980 when Russia was still the USSR.

America only did puny stupid little things like be the first in human history to take Americans to the lunar surface and back. Things like saving half the planet shedding rivers of blood for the ungrateful while beating down murdering evil to save other people's butts.

When America should have been supporting things like a soccer team...Maybe running the off the bulls through Wall Street, bull fighting etc.

10 to 15% is popular? I do not know one person who watches this on a regular basis. Great thing is that once America is gone eveyone will be playing and watching soccer.
The great thing is real football starts soon.

The US has beaten most of them on the field that really matters and we do beat their asses in most olympic sports too.
I’ll take military, economic and social domination over soccer anytime.

What level of popularity is acceptable to you? Seriously, professional sports leagues are in the business to make money. If they make money, the sport is “popular.” If they don’t, they look for a handout or fail. This isn’t rocket surgery.

You don’t understand the sport because you have never watched the game.
