Strongly disagree. Reunification of families is the responsibility of the country of origin, NOT ours. I believe marron's solution is right on target: return the children to their countries' airports and drop them off.

Reverse the situation. If American families abandoned their children and sent them to Guatemala, would it be Guatemala's obligation to reunify each child with its parents? Of course not.
