So, what can the judge do, when they either don’t do it, or lie through their teeth?

Lots. He can hold them in civil contempt, fine them,and send them to jail. A Federal District Judge, in his own courtroom, is one of the most dangerous, powerful people in the world.

Judges have the power to put people in jail if they lie under oath or refuse to give information.

That’s what they can do... and that’s what’s going to happen.
