That statement destroys the argument.
If the birds habitate 11 States, it is not endangered or threatened.
Nixon, I believe, created the EPA. Hopefully, we’ll have a new administration and Legislature after 2016 that will either eliminate the EPA or cut it to about 10% of its size with no regulatory powers unless passed through the Legislature.
