EXCERPT:
Two employees of Chase allege that an annual survey on management and other routine issues included the following questions, with employees instructed to check all boxes that apply:
Are you:
1) A person with disabilities;
2) A person with children with disabilities;
3) A person with a spouse/domestic partner with disabilities;
4) A member of the LGBT community.
5) An ally of the LGBT community, but not personally identifying as LGBT.
It’s time for a push-back, but it ain’t happening. Americans are too apathetic these days, and won’t stand up for their own freedom.
Photograph or screen capture the survey. Answer truthfully, no, Get fired. Hire a vicious heterosexual lawyer on contingency, and file a class action lawsuit.
It’s absolutely none of Chase’s business of course but apparently the survey said one could “check all boxes that apply”.
Leaving a box blank, it can be reasonably argued in my opinion, is not the same thing as saying “no, I’m not an ally of LGBT’s”. It could just mean you don’t care about the issue, one way or the other.
Again, this is still outrageous though. I’ll be more than happy now to be closing my HSA at JP Morgan Chase at the end of this year. Yet another reason in a long list now why I hate that company.
A deal they made with Holder ,so holder would stop fining them ?
