No one seems to be talking about how there will be a serious drop in medical malpractice cases in the obamacare system

No one sues the VA and not the military doctors. It is just not done it is the government. We don’t sue them

That’s what will happen with obamacare

Has anyone checked enrollment at med schools lately? Or is that a secret like the border camps?

I know someone who works at a very expensive private school.

This person told me that one of their students is the adopted daughter of two male homosexuals.

At first, the boy was normal, but in third or fourth grade began to experience "gender" issues. Demanded to be treated as "male," to be referred to by means of male pronouns, etc. Demanded to be allowed to try out for boys sports teams, use boys bathroom, etc.

Student was accommodated in every way possible, except that the school drew the line at the boys' room and boys locker room stuff. Student was provided with her own separate private lockable bathroom and locker room. Caused lots of strange feelings.

My friend told me that the student graduated this past June. When my friend asked her/him what she/he was planning to do as a career, she said she was going to be a lawyer so she could fight for fair treatment for homosexuals. She said she had been discriminated against, like her fathers.

The “big education” bubble needs to be popped - law schools, business schools, grad schools, undergrad - all of it.

If we can graduate more engineers than lawyers it’ll be an improvement.

When our son took the bar exam in Minnesota in 2009 there were 600+ others taking it that day. Assuming most pass that would be 500+ new lawyers in Minnesota every year. Our son was fortunate to get a good job in Minneapolis, but many of his classmates from law school struggled to find work and have taken positions that will barely cover their school loans.

Want to guess which of the world’s countries has 70% of all the lawyers on the planet? You got it; the good old United States of America.

Like any other profession, we have been graduating lawyers into an economy that can support only a finite number. The legal schools have been exceeding that number. The jobs for newly minted attorneys in the numbers being graduated are not there. Lawyer schools are going to have to cut back numbers and tuition. Some schools may not survive.
