First you squander the old people's wealth and savings by causing inflation.
Then you raise the wages of the next generation so they can function on their earnings while the old people are stuck with a devalued money which is only a fraction of what they earned.
Presto! The retired middle class are now poorer and the new generations are middle class.
I would think that to be a low estimate, maybe by 2015, once it starts rolling, there is nothing to stop this snowball.

This is an easy fix. Obama and the dems will pick up their phone, call the CBO, and have them change their numbers.
