“Americans” will not let this affect them? As generalizations: Most blacks are racist and make no bones about it - they have been told they are owed. Same with many Latinos. And I’m seeing a strong resurgence of really ugly racism from young whites that are sick of it - and these are college educated kids.
But...but...but...
What if there is an extra-terrestrial “race” of humanoids that are advanced and superior to us in intellect and thereby philosophical reasoning? What then? Shouldn’t they be afforded discrimminatory advantages to us common earthlings?
And, correspondingly, what of extra-terrestrial amoeba’s? Might they not be more advanced than the common, everyday Dhimmicrat? Shouldn’t they be afforded certain discrimminatory advantages?

I’ve observed all by myself - nothing more - over the decades not just physical differences, but other more hidden internal differences.
This doesn’t mean any person should approach any other as one sees the group. At the same time, we should all be allowed to discriminate for any reason we please (despite the homo’s objections); it’s absurd that we cannot discriminate in our work for any reason. Not even allowed to discriminate against proven criminals!
Liberals love groups, but they really don’t care about individuals. Check it out sometime. Hence their disdain for real liberty.
The gays might want to be more wary of using that language. Evolution is not their friend, since they are walking survival disadvantages.
"Discrimination" as defined by Webster's Collegiate Dictionary: "to make a distinction; to use good judgment." Discrimination is FREEDOM TO CHOOSE. It is a God-given, inalienable right. We are free to choose as long as we don't interfere with another's liberty and others have no right to interfere with our choices because they have decided their morality is superior to mine.
Let's start putting freedom and freedom to choose in its rightful and hallowed place. Let's instead kick big government under the bus. Whaddyasay?

Liberals see everyone as a member of some group, be they gay, straight, male, female, poor, rich, etc. Conservatives see each person as an individual, to be sized up and treated as an individual.

I am currently reading the book. It is very informative. It is an expansion and continuation of his previous book, “Before the Dawn: Recovering the Lost History of Our Ancestors”. Both books are excellent and well worth reading.
