perhaps this is why my husband never seems to qualify despite 5 yrs active and 15 in the guard...I never could figure it out....not in Viet Nam?...too much income?...no one really seems to tell you why....
I am anticipating that sometime in the future we will hear that some peoples applications were tossed or they were put on secret lists because they were registered Republicans or had made donations to conservative candidates.
It would fit the pattern of the regime.
If I recall correctly, falsifying federal documents is a felony. Covering for those falsifications or federal records is conspiracy, also a felony. Finally, anyone who received a bonus due to the falsified records is fraud, also a felony. And if it can be proven that deaths resulted due to the felonies committed, that people could be charged with certain levels of (at least) negligent homicide.
There was NO reason that criminal investigations weren't immediately begun except to protect government union employees from criminal charges. In other words, Obama and Holder allowed veterans to suffer and possibly die, to protect the jobs of corrupt government workers.
Plain and simple, if Holder isn't impeached over this one example of his refusal to actually do his job, then the republican in congress need to lose and join the Bull Moose and Whig parties in the dumpster of history.

Can’t say for sure but this is what apparently happened with my application. After receiving notification of my application from the VA I went to the local clinic and they had no record I had even applied.
After a few contacts with my Congressman and the Texas Vet’s Commission, I was given a first appointment for care.
Had to apply for VA healthcare because of Obamacare.
Sent it certified mail.
Just got a certified letter from them saying they hadn;t been able to contact me.
There had been NO calls or emails or other letters LOL!
Maybe there was a hard drive crash?
