It’s too bad even Fox news is peddling this nonsense. All the Supremes did is to let stand the ruling by a district judge. They sidestepped the issue by saying that the Prop8 proponents did not have standing to defend the case.

The district court ruling only applies to the two homos that sued and maybe in their home district. It does not apply statewide but Moonbeam and Kamala Harris the attorney general illegally pressured county clerks all over the state to issue marriage certificates to homosexuals.

You are correct, but those details got lost when the ruling was announced. Brown and Harris decided it meant that homosexual marriage must be allowed for everyone. Nobody challenged that interpretation, so homosexual marriage Continues in California.
