What kind of COWARD hits a mentally handicapped paraplegic in a wheelchair?
What kind of police officers ( there were FOUR police officers watching) stand by while one of their cohorts knocks over a mentally handicapped person in a wheelchair?
What kind of police department accepts this as “reasonable force”?

If you don't understand that these abusive actions against helpless people and animals is Sociopathic behavior, then it's possible that you're also a Sociopath, and completely lacking in human empathy...

Nobody excuses bad police behavior. You're bringing up incidences of one bad cop. Obviously, there's going to be a certain pct. of bad people in any profession. If all cops are such thugs, why haven't I been reading or hearing about it in my area, western Wisconsin.

Don't you think if thuggish behavior by the police were widespread, we would be hearing about from many other conservative sources? Do you actually believe conservative talk radio and the internet would not report all this cases of thuggish behavior?
