This is EXACTLY what we conservatives predicted would happen four years ago.
It’s rational behavior. If they can go in for a dollar down catch me for the rest, why would they sign up for something with a coupla hundred buck monthly premium, co-pays, and a 6000 a year deductible. The deductible alone should keep people from signing up. That’s like having no coverage at all. How many of tell our car insurance companies we want a 6000 deductible?
