There is one major problem with Shapiro's RICO’s proposal. It has to go through the judiciary and the corrupt enterprise controls the judiciary. We have already learned this lesson, time and time again, with the Article II lawsuits. The criminal enterprise, like the Mafia, has an blackmail book obtained with our tax dollars (NSA) on everyone, including the federal judiciary.
