Yes it is an invasion. The State Governors should declare a State of Invasion and activate their State Guard units, the State Militias, and all local law enforcement to repel the invasion. They should arrest anyone, including Federal officials, that give Aid and Comfort to the Enemy, try them for Treason, and, if found guilty, sentence them to Death.

What you state needs to actually happen if our Republic is to be saved -- anything less and it will be turned into a decaying, spanish speaking third world sewer in 25 years.
