FWIW, law professor Richard Epstein reiterated on this Ricochet podcast — http://ricochet.com/podcasts/court-sparklers/ — his previously expressed opinion that any regular old citizen or citizens (not just Speaker Boehner) can file suit against Obama.
As soon as it became obvious to Dear Leader that there would not be an amnesty bill he swung the door open. Treason? Is there something worse than treason? If there is then this is it.
The only good thing about all this is that LOTS of Democrats are going be turned out in November.

Force Obama's hand. If he won't put troops on the border to secure the country, he will surely send troops to stop citizens from securing the border. Either way the smuggling operations would be disrupted because of all the extra attention on the border.

All these folks…”refugees”…in motion by land and air brings to mind the potential for a repeat of the 1948 Los Gatos, California contract aircraft accident. That accident killed 28 legal migrants being loosely escorted by INS on a flight to Mexico. In that instance, the migrants were adult participants in the Bracero Program returning home per terms of their contract. Indicative of the times, no public recognition was made of the identity of Mexican victims.
Today any accident befalling the current group of newly recognized “refugees”, world opinion and not a few lawyers will instantly hold the US government responsible. No wiggle room…no weasel words.
The emotional fuse has been lit. Don’t know how long it will be or if it will be loud. Either way, this just makes me sad and pissed off. Defend we must. We must hang together or we will surely hang separately (paraphrased)

You and anyone who decides to oppose this mess should be ready for civil disobedience and being arrested. The citizens of Murrieta stood in front of the buses and they turned around. The citizens at Bundy risked arrest and worse and the Feds gave up.
The time has long gone for rallies, protests, and marches. Signs and chanting no longer work in this day. We're too far gone for that and our politicians are deaf.
If you're ready to go to jail against this obviously orchestrated invasion, then I'm with you. Although I can't go to Texas, I will support you as I can, providing you're ready to pay the cost.
Just saying...be prepared to really sacrifice other than to just show up with a sign because that ain't getting it anymore.
For those who would question my position: I have long been opposed to illegal immigration, going as far back as the late 80's when no one cared. I was a dues paying member of Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) for years. I've been on the streets in protest and have been a Minuteman who has worked with the co-founder Jim Gilchrist in his own home. I went to Tombstone to patrol the border. So please don't question my sincerity.
