Yes Visa overstayers are a problem. But a fence will only slow down the invasion. ENFORCE E-VERIFY WITH FINES HIGH ENOUGH TO HURT EMPLOYERS AND CUT OFF BENEFITS. Remember illegal immigration hurts the sending countries as much as it does us in the current era. Grow the pie for the whole world instead of dividingthe American pie for the unlawful entrants.
