That, my FRiend, is an excellent point. A lower court that wants to misinterpret Alito, is definitely able to read what they want into what he actually wrote.

I have yet to see any evidence at all that indicates that he wishes to be a tyrant; he was elected to comply with liberal ideology, not lead.

“If Congress won’t act, I will”.
Those are the words of a tyrant. Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama has utter them on dozens of occasions.
Hobby Lobby is a good store. I didn’t really know about them a few years ago, walked into a store looking for Christmas decorations, I believe, and heard them playing uniquely Christian and contemporary hymns and music. It sort of drifted into my consciousness that I was humming along. It was so unusual that I literally stopped and said to self, “Self, that is Christian...” Then I started hearing more about the store, the family, and when this came up, I knew it was in Hobby Lobby’s favor that their Christian beliefs were up front.
let the blame fall on those who desire to do evil. they’ve been warned countless times. we can always work to get the law changed. but if it’s gonna be on the books let the evildoers pay for their evil. ie govt leaders in charge of the pocketbook.
our work isn’tover, we have to work on reversing the law and not allowing govt to pay for’it.
That really makes no sense. If you make a profit you may inject your religious beliefs into the business. But if you’re not in it for a profit you can stuff your religion in a sack.
How would Obama make a business adhere to his decree? Would he send the IRS in? Or the Swat Team? I put nothing past this.....it’s a good thing the NSA can’t read my thoughts. Yet!
