Next time someone praises Hillary Clinton's “It Takes a Village”, gently remind them that “village” is a euphemism for government.

We live among absolute demons. People knowingly and purposely did this to a child for their own gain. How is it no one is going to jail?
Please, no lectures on “the law.”

The Pelletiers were on Huckabee with Justina the other night. Evidently, they took a huge financial hit, trying to get Justina back. Also, the hospital has a research program & evidently Justina fit the bill as a research subject - the first thing they did was pull her off all her meds, with the result that she is in worse condition today than prior to her “kidnapping”. Per Justina, she was treated poorly - quite poorly ... I think there’s a good case for abuse.

Anyway, the point of all this - some attorney ought to take their case pro bono and sue the @sses off of anybody/all who were part of this. What exactly can be done legally, I don’t know, but there should be consequences for those involved.

If I were the parents I would file suit against the young inexperienced Dr., Dr. Simona Bujoreanu, & Boston’s Children’s Hospital in the hundreds of millions for malpractice, child endangerment, false imprisonment, pain & suffering & whatever else anyone can think of.

I think the only recourse is to sue and file complaints against the Doctor and hospitable involved as the DCF has some of the strongest immunity laws and are almost impossible to penetrate.

So in Massachusetts there are doctors who are wannabe Josef Mengeles?

At issue is a portion of BCH’s policy that states, “Children who are Wards of the State may be included in research that presents greater than minimal risk with no prospect of direct benefit.” On page two of the policy, BCH defines “ward” to include “foster children, or any child under the control of DSS in the state of Massachusetts.”

Is there any doubt that there are people with the moral consciousness of Dr. Mengele walking around, looking normal, getting awards for their "humanitarianism"? Someone at Boston Children's Hospital sat down and wrote this policy, "We can take vulnerable children whom nobody really cares about and experiment on them, with nobody's consent." And everyone who knew about it either approved or was too frightened or indifferent to oppose it.
