All job growth since 2000 has gone to immigrants -- legal and illegal

The Center for Immigration Studies has released a report that should be political dynamite. Since the year 2000, legal and illegal immigrants have taken all new jobs, while native-born Americans have suffered a decline in the numbers employed.
All of the net increase in employment went to immigrants in the last 14 years partly because, even before the Great Recession, immigrants were gaining a disproportionate share of jobs relative to their share of population growth. In addition, natives' losses were somewhat greater during the recession and immigrants have recovered more quickly from it. With 58 million working-age natives not working, the Schumer-Rubio bill (S.744) and similar House measures that would substantially increase the number of foreign workers allowed in the country seem out of touch with the realities of the U.S. labor market.
Three conclusions can be drawn from this analysis:
Government data show that since 2000 all of the net gain in the number of working-age (16 to 65) people holding a job has gone to immigrants (legal and illegal). This is remarkable given that native-born Americans accounted for two-thirds of the growth in the total working-age population. Though there has been some recovery from the Great Recession, there were still fewer working-age natives holding a job in the first quarter of 2014 than in 2000, while the number of immigrants with a job was 5.7 million above the 2000 level.

Before we jump on this, we need to verify it. I seem to recall this coming up last year, only to leave egg on a lot of faces. I wouldn’t be surprises if it were true, however.

Whole categories of jobs have closed to Americans. In my area you can’t find a construction crew with so much as a green card, let alone citizenship, and they squeeze out the natives by underbidding contracts because they hire illegals.

This is not news for anyone who lives in the real world. Around here, it’s hispanics and eastern Europeans that are a very high percentage of workers we see. Meanwhile many older teens and young adults (black and white) have marginal jobs, if at all.

Net Democrat voter growth has been 100% immigrants as well. Legacy Democrats abort most of their children. The Democrat Party would have gone extinct by now if they hadn't imported massive numbers of foreigners. Immigration from first and second world countries isn't too popular anymore, they've got their own welfare states, so the Democrats bring in immigrants mostly from the third world.
