Might make you feel like your have done something good, but as you know on this forum, a vote for third party is a vote for Obama.
Truth is, if you are truly outraged by the behavior of Cochran, then vote for his opponent and assure he is defeated, or you can just pretend you are outraged and help him get re-elected, scum that he is.
What the GOPe did in that election should be enough to turn the stomach of any true American Patriot.
When scum is running against scum, voting for either is an exercise in septic-tank diving.
Thad Cochran is but a useful idiot; it is the GOPe that has debased itself in ways that are well nigh irretrievable. If I lived in MS, given the events of the past few weeks, it would not matter to me whether Cochran or Childers won, since Cochran winning would empower the anti-GOP-base actions of the GOPe, and Childers winning would empower the anti-GOP-base actions of the Democrats, so that either way, the base loses. It would therefore be better to throw the vote away, rather than empower either of my adversaries.
P.S. And I would never have written this as late as Monday. The bridges are burned, and I will support non-establishment conservative candidates, or no candidates. Given that there are no intraparty squabbles in FL this year, the GOP has one more chance with me, depending on who heads the ticket in 2016: establishment candidate, and I'm gone.
