"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton |
|
"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldnt make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan |
|
"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792 |
|
"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams |
|
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams |

Paul says nothing about the despicable tactics that were used against
conservatives. Paul is a nut case.

Rand is out of touch and does not understand the plight of real Americans nor the value of their vote.
To: SoConPubbie
Apparently, Rand is also trying to find a way to require the states to allow felons to vote in federal elections, despite the fact that this has always been a state issue. He is also trying to find a way to run for president and run for re-election to his Senate seat in 2016 - even though Kentucky law prohibits it.

Paul wants to be Hillary’s running mate. It’s the only way he’ll get on a ticket.

Rand Paul is no friend to conservatives. We were all duped by his early grandstanding against the NSA but he is kissing up to the establishment for his presidential run and sooner or later we’ll be thrown under the bus by him too. Actually he’s already done that, hasn’t he?

They had the right idea back in the early days when only property owners had the right to vote.

"I'm for more people voting, not less people voting," Paul told reporters Wednesday. Can anybody really be that clueless, or that tone deaf, or that stupid? So, he has no problem with the methods used to get "more people voting".
The shame is that most potential Republican voters aren't paying attention, and this fraud will run for president and pull enough conservative votes to once again split the votes and make it very difficult for a real conservative to win primary races.

He’ll do what his nutcase father always did.
He’ll run on the Libertarian ticket and take votes away from true conservatives.

Rand Paul is dead to me. Not only has he decided not to dance with the conservatives who elected him and sent him to Washington, he’s apparently decided to go to bed with the DemocRAT base. And his appetite is to expand that base with felons and, possibly, with illegal voters.
To: GeronL
No, Progressive have taken over in the Libertaran party just as they have the Democrats and the Republican...its three version in three bodys of the same cancer
