Wind power is useless when there is no wind which is most of the time. Ever look at the hundreds of thousands of wind turbines between Los Angeles and Palm Springs California.

All those new pages of regulations might help
EPA Employees out with their activities.
Sort of like an old Sears Roebuck or Montgomery Ward mail order catalog in years gone by.

We just passed some EPA blocking legislation in Michigan a couple weeks ago.
Senate Bill 910: Ban enforcement of new woodstove emissions limits
Passed 25 to 12 in the Senate on June 11, 2014, to prohibit Department of Environmental Quality from imposing new state regulations limiting emissions from woodstoves and heaters, or enforcing federal regulations that do this. The bill was introduced as news reports indicate that proposed federal Environmental Protection Agency rules would impose restrictive new limits on wood burning heaters.

The ruling that carbon dioxide is a “pollutant”, and therefore subject to regulation by EPA, has worked more mischief on the potential for US economic recovery than probably anything else outside of the total decimation of medical services deliveries under the terms of the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010”.
Neither of these phenomena are well-reasoned, and neither shall accomplish their publicly stated objectives. “Reducing carbon emissions” is a chimera, an unattainable goal, and a fool’s errand at best, because it would have no net effect on the degree or rapidity of change to the overall heat signature of the planet.
That atrocity commonly referred to as “Obamacare” provides neither “protection” to its victims - er - participants, nor is the care provided affordable in any realistic fiscal sense.

We need to bring the states whether blue, red, purple or otherwise - together in a coalition to resist. The Framers brought the states together in the Senate.
Executive branch tyranny cannot be reversed until the states return to the senate.
