Court asked to speed up Canada lynx recovery work ((UN Agenda 21 )

Wildlife advocates want a federal judge to order faster action on a recovery plan for imperiled Canada lynx.

...

Officials also say that lynx face a relatively low degree of threat compared to other protected species. The Fish and Wildlife Service was forced to come up with a timeline on the recovery document when Molloy last month expressed frustration with the government's progress. The judge said the "stutter-step" approach by federal officials necessitated court intervention.

The lawsuit pending before Molloy was brought by Friends of the Wild Swan, Rocky Mountain Wild, Biodiversity Conservation Alliance and the San Juan Citizens Alliance. They have argued that the government should be pushing ahead on the habitat and recovery issues simultaneously to keep the lynx from edging closer to extinction.

Shave some fur off of a few Lynx, spread it around where you want to collect a paycheck and grants, while keeping anyone else away, and you’ve got a successful government recovery program. Not for the Lynx, but that wasn’t ever really the point.

That name reminded me of the sun-worshiping cult headed by Peter Lorre in the 1934 "Man Who Knew Too Much".

Judge Don Molloy also ruled that a family with a cabin inside Glacier National Park cannot drive a snowmobile to it as 400,000 roadless acres in the Lolo National Forest is off-limits to snowmobiles and stopping 14 logging projects in 2003 alone.

Government Biologists conspired to submit fake lynx fur.

And if they hadn’t been caught, the false results would have become part of the final study..

The fake issue is the Canadian Lynx or a fish, bird or a rat.

The real issue is UN Agenda 21.

The enviro-nazis know just what judge to take their pathetic lawsuits to, Don Molloy has been a sympathizer to the whackjobs for a number of years, in my view.

It’s definitely past time for him to retire to spend more time with his activist nuts.

That was my point for those who remember the cycles of unimaginative corruption in the federal grifter workplace.

The Swan is an area in NW Montana (river and valley of the same name) that the enviros have been salivating over for years.

All kinds of lynx along the Yukon. I have a big male that walks the perimeter of my garden about 11:30 every night. I have a pit covered with ply board, store salmon eggs in buckets for nx years bear bait. Drives this lynx nuts cause he can't get at it. This lynx ain't even scared of my dog anymore. My neighbor hangs a chunk of salmon on his porch and this lynx pulls it down and eats it right there on the porch as neighbor watches 6 foot away through sliding glass doors.

Actually lynx numbers vary from year to year with upswings of snowshoe numbers and they migrate hundreds of miles too. I like seeing them so nobody traps them out my trail. Go after the wolves, leave the lynx alone.

Many of the locals eat lynx, somewhat of a delicacy.

He became a senior judge but I believe it just means he takes less cases.

I lived along the Yukon for decades (not in Alaska) & I also liked seeing lynx. I once knew a couple who raised lynx for lynx recovery projects in the US. She kept them in very large pens, and fed them live rabbits, so that they would have some hunting instincts, when released into the wilds of Maine (or wherever).
