What she meant was, she is so filthy rich, she doesn’t WORRY about money.
Exactly right. She has no money worries, nor will she. She doesn’t care about it means she doesn’t spend any time thinking about it, because she doesn’t have to. Nothing to worry about.
It does, however, reveal her complete detachment from the middle class, and her lack of sensibilities for making such a stupid statement.
