ATLANTA, Ga. — An Atlanta man is lucky to be alive after lightning went right through his foot, actually blowing him out of his shoes.

His kids think he’s pretty cool.
“Wow! Dad’s gonna get cool superpowers!”
“Yeah, like whuppin your butts if you don’t do your homework!”
Takes a ZOT! and keeps on ticking
He could now be afflicted with the malady of Mel Gibson’s character in What Women Want; being able to read women’s minds. Oh the humanity! He’d be a drooling vegetable within a week trying to sort out those tangled circuits.
His friends now call him Sparky.
