KYIV, June 24 /Ukrinform/. Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has said he believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin allegedly declares a truce to reinforce militants in eastern Ukraine to strike a decisive blow.

The Ukrainians are made of better stuff than Putin knows. He is used to victims who do not put up much resistance. The Ukrainians have a strong spirit, and even their Grannies stood tall in front of armed killers and faced them down.
