I don’t care if you were born in the crib next to mine, once you take up arms against the US, you should be killed ASAP, no matter where you are.

I don’t necessarily disagree, but who gets to decide? I don’t trust the government to decide who’s an enemy and who’s not anymore than I trust them to handle my healthcare. If I go against the government in my speech or my actions, do I become an “enemy leader”? Where, then, do my rights go? I’m no fan of Al-Alawki, but I am less of a fan of giving up my 5th amendment rights to a power-hungry, corrupt, and immoral government and its thin skinned, egotistical pretender in chief.

President Obama to US Citizen: “I’ve decided to kill you.”

U.S. Citizen: “What law gives you the right to decide to kill me without trial?”

President Obama: “That’s top secret — if I told you, I’d have to kill you! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”

The fact that he was born in the US is irrelevant. His parents were not citizens, and neither was he. The 14th Amendment was never intended to confer birthright citizenship.
