No, it doesn't. Guess the rebels have now figured out they can get Israel to do their dirty work by launching a few mortars into Israel According to the article:

I thought that initially as well, that the rebels could try to trick Israel into retaliating against Syrian government installations. But I suspect we can usually rely on the Israelis to know what they're targeting. I haven't seen any claims of responsibility; that would change matters. I did see one theory that it was Hezbollah, an ally of Assad's.
