Maybe it's early. I got the impression that things were limited to new plants? If so that can get reversed when a Republican with huevos comes to office.

I thought at least it didn't effect current plants.

Hopefully you are right but I’m trying to think of one possible candidate for POTUS who is saying they will shut down or even curtail the EPA if elected. Newt said he would shut it down. I think Perry would at least put a giant crimp in it. He hates the EPA for all the carpola they have given Texas.

Bottom line is if the EPA is allowed to shut down the 292 coal fired power plants they have ordered closed then we will be paying an excessive amount of money for electricity and probably facing shortages such as brown outs and even black outs. Its very very serious.

We are looking at installing off grid solar. We are afraid they will go to rationing. I don’t want to be without electricity for 12 hours a day.
