That is EXACTLY correct. Obama considers Medicare and Social Security "white" Entitlements. Fewer and fewer minorities work their entire lives, and don't qualify. Therefore, he created new Entitlements (ObamaCare) and GREATLY expanded existing ones (Food Stamps, Medicaid, Section 8 Housing, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). HA! "Temporary."
