I agree, only once they are elected though. Every elected official should have to take a breathalyzer and pee in a cup before being allowed to vote on a bill.
We don’t need drunks or someone who’s high on drugs voting on matters involving our destiny.
I think they should be tested to see if they know more than a FIRST grader about the constitution and or if they have any intention whatsoever to abide by it.
