On SOTU w/ Candy Crowley this AM she pointedly asked W&B on their Watergate 40th anniversary book book-tour whether any current unresovlved issues merited investigation by DC journalists and unprompted they offered the IRS and Benghazi scandals saying that there were legitimate unanswered questions and the bi-partisan investigations should go forward as well as major MSM investigations that had been missing.
I wonder whether this new book had anything to do with W&B coming out with this new demand...
Hillary may have told her own lawyer to leak this so Barry goes under the bus and gets replaced by Biden. She might get dinged, but she can still run for POTUS and beat Biden or any other Dem for the nomination that I can imagine.

With people who lie as naturally and easily as the Obamas and the Clintons, it’s not easy to determine who might be telling the truth in any given situation.
But I’ve always thought that Hillary probably told Obama where to shove it when he needed someone to appear on the Sunday shows and she (Hillary) was the logical one to address the attack on a US facility and death of a U. S. ambassador. Hillary refused to be part of a story and coverup that would appear ridiculous to any half objective observer.
The scenario in this book could be true, or not.
I wonder how this version squares with the version Hitlery’s ghost writer tells in her book.
The IRS scandal is all obama's and should then be like that final wooden stake through a vampire's undead heart. And if not, there are plenty more scandals to investigate.
In the end, if they don't kill US first, the obama presidency and the Demonrat party will look like a murder suicide and may even put a smile back on Jimmy Carter's face and legacy.

An honorable SOS would have told POTUS that she couldn’t perpetuate such a lie.
Then, if he still insisted, she should have tendered her resignation and immediately gone on every news outlet to inform the American public.

We all know papers, as well as cable broadcast, everybody is working with limited budgets now and yet, you know, more and more you see all of these things. In your opinion, what is out there that’s a real “gate”? Are there other Watergates out there and we are simply missing them or do we actually know what they are and just aren’t —
BERNSTEIN: I think we ought to get back to basics. It’s interesting where this whole discussion is going. Let’s look at what this 40th anniversary edition of “All the President’s Men” is. What is this book?
It is really a kind of primer about basic reporting if you look at it after 40 years. Yes, it shows that the Nixon administration and President Nixon was a criminal president such as we’ve never had in our existence in this country. It was a criminal presidency from his first days in office until the end. And it’s the same time you see an institution of the press, not through a lot of hocus-pocus, not through spending a fortune, incidentally, through very basic — we were very low paid at the time.
And what did we do? We went out and knocked on a bunch of doors at night of people who worked for are President Nixon and his re- election committee. And voila, what happened? Well, people wanted to tell the truth as they saw it and we sat there and listened. It is kind of basic. And I think if you look at the way resources are distributed around this town particularly now, journalistic resources, I’m not so sure the problem is institutional lack of financial support. I’m not sure what all of these thousands of reporters — I don’t want to sound like an old guy complaining here — which, maybe I am — I’m not sure what they’re doing.
So much is going into commentary. What are the institutions that have a fortune that could finance more reporting than we’ve ever seen in the history of the business? The three television networks. They require that their news divisions make money like they’re entertainment divisions. They could finance 400 reporters each of those networks.
WOODWARD: And to answer your question about what’s out there, I mean take Benghazi, a highly politicized issue. And I’ve looked at all those e-mails that were released. It takes a day to make sense of them. And if you dig into it, there are unanswered questions. And Hillary Clinton was out saying, oh, you know, I’m not going to deal with this, this is politics, and so forth, and she’s modified her position saying, there are things we don’t know. There are unanswered questions.
And Carl’s exactly right, you put 10 people on that and you say, go to work. You don’t have to give me the answers tomorrow or the next day, but take your time. The same on the IRS scandal. That is a real issue. Some people should move to Cincinnati and get hotel rooms and say, we’re going to talk to everyone who worked in that division of the IRS.
BERNSTEIN: Also, as happened in Watergate, let some Democrats get up and say, we want a real bipartisan investigation of what happened in Cincinnati, in the IRS. Get it out in the hands of the Republican grandstanders who are trying to make political points instead of conduct a serious investigation, and put together and start to get some facts as happened in Watergate.

Ed Klein seems to be at least somewhat gutsy in exposing the HRC in the past. I recall a bio of HRC he wrote back about the time of the Clinton Administration, which had some interesting revelations hinting that among other things, she was educated in a lesbian tradition at Wellesley and that according to what WJC told a friend, Chelsea was conceived when he had unconsented sex with her.
Now, I understand from Drudge's site, Ed Klein will be exposing HRC's medical history. Seems as if what he writes is true, she shouldn't be running for president. Could be that Ed Klein will ultimately save the country from Her Royal Thighness. If so, he should be considered a hero, not bashed here.
