George Bush (and the GOPe and Bush-bots all) are as is equally responsible for failing to *establish* border control.

Bush had plenty of time, but he continued to avoid the problem ... and instead, blamed “vigilantes” as he attempted to place himself in the public light, as not being “meanspirited” after meeting with the Mexican government ... so he bashed our neighbors trying to protect their property along the border.

Bush, who would not permit *YOU* to be on his property, has no problem with illegal aliens being on *YOUR* property.

Bush, who would send off to war, the children of the “vigilantes” according to him, our neighbors along the southern border ... but then he would bash his “vigilantes” behind the backs of our neighbors’ children in our military and at war.

Bush had a duty to defend our borders but did not, even after the raw terrorism of Sept. 11, 2001.

Not only that, but he has yet to be on the USA side of the border issue.

Bush didn’t encourage this kind of invasion.
Neither has any other American president.
I agree that Bush should have done more since he came from a governors mansion just 6 hours north of the border, but come on, no one has aided and abetted like baraq.

As much as I respect GW, that is absolutely true.

After 9/11, we should have taken measures to stop importing oil from terrorist-sponsoring states (there’s plenty here in Canada, President Obama! i.e., the Keystone pipeline which was just approved up here), and we should have clamped down immediately on illegal immigration. With such a fluid border, it would be so easy for terrorists to cross into the U.S. and do serious harm.

Clearly, there is something going on behind the scenes, and I’m not normally a conspiracy theorist. I just don’t get it.
