The new POTUS could simply reverse the order with a new Executive Order and most certainly would. You really think mrs bill would disenfranchise all those new demonfrap votors? I think it more likely she will instruct her (in)Justice dept to ignore any legal action attempting to remove them or hinder them from voting for her in the future.
