Pray America wakes up
From my perspective America is waking up. Just about every time read a story involving politics or something somewhat related that irks conservatives they are just giving hell to the collectivists at every turn in the comments section.
He's served his purpose, he no longer needs to be re-elected, they can safely blame him for everything and throw him under the bus, in an effort to salvage their brand. They can say "It's not a Dem issue, that stupid monkey Obama screwed things up, the next Dem president will fix everything and make it all better.
No, they still love Obama. They are just changing the stage scenery and setting up for the Hillary run by de-emphasizing the Usurper and turning attention to the Pant-suited One.
There is social and political logic to support this prediction, but I think it will be out of their hands.
Regardless of the press' need to see themselves as the shapers of public opinion, they really are merely opportunistic followers.
I'm more inclined to believe that Proverbs 16:18 will have its way with obama's (and our?) future.

They did the same thing with ObamaCare.
When the catastrophe became too big and too noisy to hide, they ripped on Obama for a couple weeks.
Then, silence.
Even the Republican Party barely mentions ObamaCare.
