Which of the following can vote in the MS Republican primary runoff:

1. Democrat voters who voted in the Republican primary

2. Democrat voters who voted in the Democrat primary.

3. Democrat voters who did not vote in any primary.

Anyone who voted in the GOP primary may vote in the runoff.

Anyone that did NOT vote in the primary at all can vote in the runoff.

Anyone that voted in the dem primary can NOT vote in the runoff.
