WOWSA.
The landmark case, which appeared before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, was filed on behalf of five Native Americans. It was the second time such a case was filed.
Five "Native Americans" were offended and they took down the Redskin name that has been around for decades? I'm a Native American and I'm not offended.
The floodgates are opened with this decision. Little Debbies will be offensive to short people, Uncle Ben's face will be offensive to AA's. Bye-bye Cleveland Indiana, Chicago Blackhawks.
This is big. What happened to freedom of speech?

I’m rather offended that Indians get special rights to open Casinos all over the country while we palefaces can’t.
I’m no fan of gambling but I’m even less a fan of the equal protection clause of the constitution being a one way street.
