Because libs still refuse to blame blacks for their problems. I'm over sixty, and since before and after the passage of the 1964 Civil Rights bill, virtually every problem in the black community has been blamed on white racism. No black person is ever responsible for their problems or crimes committed.

So they're still blaming those nasty white racists for whatever bad things are happening. It's up to society to stop the white racists from causing black kids to kill each other. Seriously, that's what many of these clowns believe.

Portland, OR used to have a Cinco de Mayo festival (and maybe they still do). I never went but someone I know did, a Latino who’s kind of dirtball and who got “Amnesty” from Bill Clinton in 1996. He said he’d never go back because of all the gang activity he saw there (sounds like Cincinnati, huh).

So anyway, I could have missed it but I think Portland gave up on Cinco de Mayo because I never saw anything about it happening this year.

But you gotta think that people are gonna get sick of having to hunker down and let the bad elements scare them away from being able to enjoy life.
