:: With little public input from Glade Park ranching community residents ::

Let me translate, please.
That identified “little public input” means they held table-top conferences in their offices with the Sierra Club and other quasi-militant environmental groups from Oregon.

In 1986, Wilkenson vs. Department of the Interior resolved the landmark lawsuit

Hey, Libs - it's "settled law".
Now go to hell.

Our constitution lays out the framework and the requirement for a representative republic. The regulatory agencies have morphed into a fourth branch of government. They are unelected and provide no representation to anybody. We need to strip regulatory agencies of the power to create laws and rules. Legislative bodies should lay out the laws and regulatory agencies should regulate them.

It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain -- that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

Sadly, the government of the people, by the people, for the people, has perished from the earth. We now have FedGov, a tool of the far left fringe. It is used to trample freedom of religion, to infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear arms, to take private property for public use without just compensation, and to impose excessive fines. I hope and pray that we can restore government of, by, and for the people as soon as the anti-American, anti-Christian, antisemitic, communist thug is out of our White House.
