A juvenile court has ordered the Massachusetts Department of Children and Family to return Justina Pelletier to her parents, the Boston Globe reports.
I find that the parties have shown by credible evidence that circumstances have changed since the adjudication on Dec. 20, 2013, that Justina is a child in need of care and protection pursuant to G.L. c. 199, 24-26., Judge Joseph Johnston wrote in the ruling, according to the Globe. Effective Wednesday, June 18, 2014, this care and protection petition is dismissed and custody of Justina is returned to her parents, Lou and Linda Pelletier.
I HOPE HE SUES THEIR ASSES FOR EVERYTHING THEY GOT AND THEN SOME

Bull Scheiße! Judge, the circumstances are exactly the same as when you issued your outrageous earlier decisions-—except that Justina’s health continued to deteriorate under the care of the statists.
Thank You, Jesus.
Let the lawsuits begin.
Custody is not “his” to dispense at whim.
It is great that she’ll be home, but I wonder what type of “probationary” stipulations they’ll put on her parents.
Yes, and let the lawsuits begin. I hope everyone involved with this gets what they deserve.
The case is dismissed, jurisdiction of the state released, she goes home with no stipulations
I bet that quack that started this gets canned next.
They need to drag that judge into civil court and sue his butt personally.
Indeed, but first I want to give thanks, prayers answered.
Now to a team of lawyers, Go!!!
The judge who felt it was ok to rip this little girl from her parents on such flimsy excuses should be impeached.
