U.S. officials are in discussions to temporarily shelter unaccompanied immigrant children on the campus of shuttered Saint Pauls College in Lawrenceville.
Faced with a surge in the numbers of minors arriving on their own from Central America, representatives of the federal Department of Health and Human Services visited the campus this week and are nearing an agreement to use Saint Pauls facilities for at least six months, sources in Brunswick County said.

Why not send them back home to be with their families? It’s very mean-spirited of Americans to keep them separated from their families in Central and South America just to satisfy our greed for slave labor.
“unaccompanied immigrant children “
They are NOT unaccompanied immigrant children. They are illegal aliens, they are invaders. Round them up and ship them back...
Why not? What's the problem? There are advocates who want (others) to help.
How about turn over the facilities (homes, businesses, property and such) of the advocates for the rights and care of "unaccompanied immigrant children".. why do they demand others shoulder the task? As usual. Of course. It's what they do. Same ol' same ol'. Nothing from them except jabbering . . . .
Where’s my free housing, food, and healthcare? I will also need cat litter and Yuengling. Guess I’m the wrong color.
Yeah, send them back just like we sent Elian Gonzalez back to Cuba. Some day they will thank us.
From an article in 2010: “Elian Gonzalez, now 16, thanks U.S. public for returning him to Cuba 10 years ago.”
That place is a dump now let alone when they fill it up. I serviced equipment there just before they closed their doors last year.
Send them to ChiCongo.
the idea is NOT to send them back to their families...the idea is to bring all the family members HERE !
Maybe the Denver airport would be more appropriate. This fiasco reminds me of those ominous murals there

There is humanitarian situation,in Chicago..
“U.S. officials are in discussions to temporarily shelter unaccompanied immigrant children on the campus of shuttered Saint Pauls College in Lawrenceville.”
Why not? For decades now the US officials have been housing illegals in areas abandoned by taxpaying Americans; they are imported to replace them and keep the civil servants in said areas employed.
Why spend time and money transporting illegal aliens to Virginia? They entered from Mexico, they were caught near the border, send them back to Mexico, not to Virginia. Why is Virginia facilitating this? WTH is wrong with the government?
Why are we letting them in?
This is absurd.
Have we lost our country?
Replace the Feds at the Southern US Border with armed STATE National Guard Troops, and miles and miles of Concertina Wire, Mortars firing tear gas and flash-bang canisters as far into Mexico as possible.
If it isn't a dump now, it will be when the Mexicans are done with it. There won't be an inch that isn't graffiti'd
