We are dealing with a bunch of arrogant misfits, who will play games until the last card is dealt and America closes it’s government doors, and is foreclosed upon by China and other lenders.

The government has redundant system backups, they are not on a PC hard drive.

Exactly! Tech support could bring those e-mails up in minutes, so could the web administrator(s).

Someone mentioned in a different thread that there if you ‘lose’ a document that was subpoenaed for evidence in a trial, the opposing side is granted everything that they alleged to be in that document to be true. I imagine that applies to civil cases, but can that apply here as well?
