Description
Inspired by my daughter, Cheyenne Dell, I fell in love with hair bows enough to make them! I named my page after her nickname, “Shiny!”
I am happy to take custom orders. I have a variety of ribbon colors/patterns and many bottle cap characters to choose from. I will occasionally post bows with unique centerpieces as well.
