Paying you for participating in reindeer games is fine. But the accusations, blame and repercussions afterwards of a missed production deadline and on time delivery was horrific, at least at this place. I was contract, but the employees suffered. “You guys had fun...so why was this $3 million order not out the door on time?”.
Came here for the Idiocracy reference, goes away happy.
Wow, you're a psychic.
From the Onionhead website:
... We call upon schools, churches and aligned nonprofit organizations to work with us closely to help children and adults re-connect to their feelings....
... Our environment is a great concern of ours. Based on that consciousness we are a green company, whereby everything is printed on tree free, or 100% recycled paper with non-toxic ink....
... It is not what is Onionhead - it is who is Onionhead? Onionhead is this incredibly pure, wise and adorable character who teaches us how to name it - claim it - tame it - aim it. Onion spelled backwards is no-i-no....
LOL! I was in a hurry to post it, out of fear that someone would beat me to it!
Idiocracy, the documentary.
Get down on your knees and tell me you love me

If one doesn’t like it they can quit.
I look at it about the same way, and I would not work there 30 minutes.
Lots of companies have rah-rah meetings where the employees are made to whoop and holler. WalMart is one. However, no one is forced to work there.
no wonder Liberals love Costco
Yes. There’s something very Seinfeldian about it. Like Frank’s garage-based computer business combined with Festivus.
