His non-support will mean yet another green flag for the Taliban to overrun Afghanistan when we leave, and for the terrorists in Iraq, or the Iranians (who already have boots on the ground), to take possession of American weapons and technology. And it will clearly confirm what all of us have strongly suspected, he is a radical Muslim sympathizer.
It also means that country in the world will ever believe us again when we say that we stand by them, and the next president will have to deal with a huge surge in Islamic terrorism.
