I've heard that because lots of Russian men are alcoholics that Russian women have been taking to marrying (or at least living with) Chinese men and farming together.

I guess the Russians finally had time to look at the border and got scared with the demographics.

If too many of its "citizens" in that area are Chinese then those Chinese could start making the same claims as the Mexicans in the Southwest US.

That is what’s happening there. The ethnic Russian population is imploding, while 2/3’s of Siberia is now Chinese...this does not bode well for Russia.
