Why can’t Iraq strike them themselves? I know their military has a habit of cutting and run...but even so...they still can fight on the ground. Don’t they have any fighter planes?
No. They bought a few F-16s though...but haven’t got them yet. We destroyed all their other planes during the two Gulf Wars.
they do not have. we took them out in 1991-2003 and the remainder were buried in the desert or flown to Iran.
